I have had incredible friendly service every time I am at this location. Food comes out fast and hot. Go on Thursdays for the best deal when they have buy 1 get 1 for free boneless wings.
My friend and I go there during our lunch hour and always sit in the bar area. I am so bad with names but we love the bartender/waitress that is usually there. She has blonde hair and is always fast and friendly! Brings refills without us asking for them. We were in yesterday at about noon. I’ve worked in food service before and it’s not that easy. She makes it look effortless! Please relay this back to her. She deserves to know how much she is appreciated. Thank you!
I have ordered from this location twice while I was in town for work. I didn’t say anything the first time hoping the issue was a fluke, but the same happened today.nnThe first, they forgot my sauce and silverware. Couldn’t send someone back out. Not great but it happens, I get it. The people at the store didn’t do anything for me but no big deal, simple mistake.nnToday, I ordered for myself and an associate at work. They delivered our wings with no sauce, no silverware, and no fries that we ordered. The manager told me he was sorry but it wasn’t on the order, but I had the receipt in front of me and everything was on it. He told me he couldn’t do much but could offer me a credit, to which I said I really just wanted the rest of my order. He said I would have to contact Door Dash, so I did. She was already on her way to fix the issue. When the driver arrived back, she had our sauces and nothing else. I asked if she may have left the rest in the car, and she said that was all they’d given her. We ate our wings and salad with our fingers while we were at work, my associate never got her fries, and I didn’t get any sort of reimbursement.nnOn the positive side, the wings were good.
Amazing staff, amazing food. What now can I say besides the wings are made of chicken, not Buffalo... Little disappointed but still extremely happy.
I really love the flavor BWW provides but they tend to always skimp on the sauce even after asking for “extra wet”. They have slowly been getting worse about getting rid of things like the toast with the Buffalo Mac & cheese and now they don’t give the review receipt anymore. So frustrating because we got shorted on sauce AND number of wings. There’s always something wrong with the order yet I still crave it sometimes and think maybe they’ll get it right this time.
