I have not had the pleasure of eating at Madigans and quite frankly... I am relieved. I know someone who has recently worked at this establishment and was fired under a false accusation. This very same person along with a few other current employees told me about the work conditions the employees have to deal with and I would like to share them with the public. The head of the kitchen popped a back pimple and proceeded to prepare and serve the food without washing their hands after. Not only do the employees rarely wash their hands, but they do not wear gloves or masks in consideration to their customers during this pandemic. The dishes on the floor do not get cleaned and they use old food that may be rotten or expired. Before I wrote this review, I read through multiple others and my answer was confirmed when I read that the manager gives serving priority to locals and friends. Not only is the service terrible for those who are not good with the manager, but he is said to complain about everything and treats the employees with constant disrespect. Employees are falsely accused, food dropped on the ground is still used, and there are uncleaned grills with mold. Putting this gently, I am disappointed and astonished that this establishment is still up and running.

Pretty nice place very friendly people nice atmosphere good food. Only thing is I wish they would have been more careful with masks.
