Its been awhile, miss this store
I recently got a Budgie (Parakeet) here. I noticed my bird was not feeling well and took him back to the store to get help. Nancy who works here called a vet who was able to get us in that same day! She was super awesome and they honored their 30 day policy, so the vet visit did not cost me. I am super happy ud83dude0a
Well. I liked it. The only problem I have is they only offer Aspen in they're brand. The bigger container of Aspen is not the same quality as the smaller bundles. Not right if your trying to save money.
Good place for fish. Price are a little higher than other places
Waited in the store for 20 minutes finally got someone’s attention they said they would be right back with me I waited another 20 minutes for a worker to go and help someone with fishes that had just walked in I left and decided I would come back later no big deal. When I came back later on just about the same thing happened this time I did get helped but unfortunately all four of the fish that I bought seem to have died overnight. My water conditions are perfectly fine I had waited two months to add fish into this tank did a complete water test and everything was fine the night before nothing is still wrong with my water according to my test kit I’m not understanding why all four of my fish died I wish they would take better care of the animals that they have in their possession considering they are going to a forever home or maybe treat the customers with a little more respect. I have no problem waiting but don’t sell me sick fish after I’ve waited two hours for you to help me.
