I only like the wings here unfortunately.
The food isn’t the problem. Who trains the hostesses and managers?? Poor seating estimates have become commonplace. Sat in my car for an hour waiting to be seated after being told it would be 20 minutes, only to be told “you’re better off going somewhere else”. No apologies, no explanation. No thanks.
I love chili's but this last time I was here it was just myself and a friend. There was only 1 server in the bar whole bar area and it was busy when we went in. We had appetizers and a dinner. We had to wait over 1 1/2 for our food and all we got was a hamburger and my friend got pasta. I would give the server a better grade but the time for the food was not good. So that's why the score is so low. Service great time for food horrible.
I celebrated my PhD this evening in this excellent restaurant. I am glad to say that it was a terrific evening and the venue was absolutely the reason for this outstanding event. The crew contributed in a gorgeous style, the cuisine was tasty and my friends were extremely glad. We shall absolutely return for more events. Thank you very much.
Called ahead with a party of 7 two times to confirm.. Lady said no problem and to come on in. When we got there, the hostess turned us away and said she would not be able to serve that many people right now!! We told he we called and she didn't care. She was VERY RUDE and treated us like a huge inconvenience for her to deal with. The restaurant had maybe 1/2 dozen people.. we said we would split up and no matter what, she said they would not serve us.nThis happened on 3/14/21. Will not go back to this location!!
