Not a huge fan, but they have cold beer and lots of TVs for watching sports! Love the Nashville hot sandwich... Biggest bummer was the bartender was not polite or very inattentive and twice delayed taking our food order to service pull tabs. Restaurant business should come first in my opinion...
Worst service! I was told because of my order online I was unable to customize it In store. So I was forced to pay extra money for the same exact order that was less money. Ask for additional items to be added to my order. I bought and paid for my order and left and the additional items I ordered were not in the bag.nManager didn’t care and the employees didn’t care. Asked to make it right and was told there was nothing they can do. I will take this up with my bank and cancel the entire order!
Went to get a few drinks at the bar, ordered dinner to go, when arrived home realized our boneless wings had no sauce on them. $70 Bill for just fried chicken nuggets.
I spent $60. I had ordered 20 boneless honey BBQ wings to go and they didn't even put the sauce on it. Now I am sitting at home with plain boneless chicken wings.
Love BWW's, but we waited over 1/2 hour for our wings which were tough and had very little sauce. Onion rings were phenomenal and service was top notch!
