I would like to commend an employee named Jack who works the commercial window. He is an asset to your company. He's very friendly, very efficient. I always have a pleasurable experience in the drive thru when he is the teller.
If I could give zero stars I would. I had such a hard time understanding them first off , and second it took over 45 minutes to do a deposit in the drive through. This branch is horrible !!!!
I was getting a document notarized, took about 5 minutes. I had to wait over 30 min because only two bankers could do it, one of them was with someone else. The other one spent most of the time talking as if we were in a coffee shop. His name was Mitchell, absolutely unacceptable. There were some other bankers that were really sweet and helped us.
This is one of the nicest branches I have been to. The team members are always happy, and excited to see me walk in the door. They always try hard to get what I need as fast as I need it done, with doing it correctly. Sometimes the lines may be longer, but it goes by a lot faster than you think. They try hard to make sure I leave with a smile on my face.
Went to this location to open a new account. It was a little busy but they assured me that someone would be with me soon. Vani helped me open my account and she made sure to explain everything and let me know that I was able to waive the monthly fee! Very clean and nice inside the bank!
