Dumbest ATM ever. You have to wait for the person in front of you to compete business through the window because the atm does not have a separate lane. Pretty stupid!!!!

Bad design, vey long wait to use the ATM because the ATM isn't in its own lane like most U.S. bank branches, it is in the same line as the commercial banking line. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! SAD!!!

Completely irritated with the fact you are the only bank still on shortened hours!!! Businesses can not wait until 9 or 10am for simple things like change! The drive through line is INSANE! There is no logic behind this!! Also, why is the lobby not open yet for walk ins?! Banks have not been hit by Covid, no loss of business, yet taking advantage of the situation to keep your payroll down, clearly customers and their needs do not come first! Looking for a new bank to move all of my personal and business accounts to!

Don’t come through this drive through unless you have at least 45 min. It has never taken me less than that to get through...even if there are only two cars in front of me. Insane.
