Brian Connors in the Mortgage Department is detail oriented and walked my wife and me through the process of buying our first home. He was there when we needed to put an offer on a house and has stood by our side the entire time. Our realtor and Brian worked together to get an offer accepted on the house of our dreams. He was very honest on what we needed and how much house would be affordable to us in our situation. I've never had bank tellers before that remembered my name, but they do at Bell! Joe was great to work with when refinancing our auto loan. They've been awesome for both our personal and business accounts. No drive through, but it's worth going inside.

I recently sold a home and the buyers used this bank to secure their loan. During the process the home appraisal came in below the agreed purchase price. I reviewed the appraisal as soon as I got it in my hand (the next day) and found several material errors that understated the value of the property. However, Pat from Bell Bank wouldn't listen to any of my concerns. He said that the appraisal had already been reviewed by his bank and the issue wasn't up for discussion any longer. These clerical errors cost me several thousand dollars. It was frustrating to lose this money, but it was more frustrating to not even have a chance to present these issues to the appraiser.
