Great to work with! Traffic in the store fluctuated so be patient with the process. This place does get busy because they are great with customers. from offering a boot spray and returning for laces at no charge (providing you don't abuse the service)
Have purchased multiple pairs of boots from this store; Work boots, casual boots, and hunting boots. The boots are great quality, and the customer service is excellent. They take the time to make sure you get the right boot and take care of you if something should happen. I don't see myself ever going anywhere else.

There were 2 associates, so it was a quick visit, which I really appreciated. Two was perfect for The amount of customers, (though I can't speak to whether 2 people would be able to handle duties outside of helping customers.) The prices are always a bit high, but with Red Wing, you do get what you pay for and we knew that walking in. Clean store. Seemingly safe location. Designated parking spots for Red Wing specifically.nnOur associate was like a personal shopper- we had his full attention the whole time we were there. He was knowledgeable, warm, and honestly listened to requests and concerns. He made great suggestions and by the time we left, I felt we wouldn't have gotten anything more perfect to what we wanted by shopping anywhere else, or with anyone else.
Great people and good boots. I bet if I took a bite out of one of my new boots it would taste better than Vals hamburgers. Vals is gross ud83eudd2e have I told you the story about me eating there and having to rush into the harbor freight bathroom and diarrheaing in the toilet for 40 mins.
