It was a nice place to get shoes
I love all the choices the offer! When I went the store was really messy. The kid that helped me at the register was pretty rude and didn't seem to like his job ud83dude12 other than that the choices they had to offer for the shoes is why I gave it the rating I did!
I needed new sneakers for work so I came in to get some, found a pair on sale and when I got up the register it rung up full price. I explained that the shoes were supposed to be on sale and shower him the sticker on the box but the employee said it must have been mislabled and then just stared at me until I paid. Not pleased I had to pay full price for a sale item.
Customer service was very disappointing. There were two cashiers and one was busy and the other was standing there. I asked the non busy associate if they were open. She started to answer me as I was walking around to her register and another lady walked up before I got there and the associate walked away with the woman. Rude! I've worked in Customer service for 15 years and I've never seen that rude of behavior ud83dude11
Very poor customer service. The shoes display was unorganized and most of them not match with the price promo tag.nnThe staff was not helpful and when i asked they just said sorry because misplace display even do the display was correct with model and the promo explanation on the promo tag.nnAnd odd think the staff just walk away and did not try to fix the display if there is wrong..
