Kevin was very knowledgeable when it came to dog allergies. It feels good to go to a place where the workers know the product lines well! Great job highly recommended
i bought a cat tree from here a few days ago and when i set it up i realized i was missing a screw for it. called them back and they gave me a screw from the display and my cat absolutely adores it. they made everything super easy and my cat finally stopped scratching up our furniture.
Petco is Petco. Employees are helpful at this particular location. Parking is convenient. Petco prices are the same everywhere and basically identical to competition. It's a really it's a matter of location, though the PetSmart in this town is actually a bit larger and has more in stock items.
I’ve been here quite a few times but only when I absolutely have to for crickets if everyone else is out. I’ve waited 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me with crickets before. It seems as though I’m always waiting here. Prices are steep, although, they do have a selection that other pet stores don’t. I’ll continue to get crickets if absolutely needed but not because I choose to.
The guy or girl or whatever it was that was the cashier was very rude to my girlfriend and I. He was taking our stuff and slamming it on the counter as he was scanning it. Then proceeded to slam his scanner back in the holder. I will never be back to this place. You just lost a potential customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to pet smart they were really friendly and helpful.
