Excellenty, I will go back
Excellent customer service today! We ordered curbside online which let us choose 11:30 as a pick up time. We got there on time and waited for awhile before going in to check when they didn't come out. They informed us that they don't start cooking until 11:30 because that's when they open, so we would have to wait a short while. No problem, we weren't in a rush. When they brought out our food they also gave us a gift card as an apology! Certainly unexpected but very appreciated. Thank you, Red Lobster! We will be back!
This red lobster is doing a great job, in regards to keeping people safe. Our service was terrific. Food was good. I have had a better prepared meal. I always get the ultimate feast. But, maybe new cook staff. The other couple loved their food.
Portion sizes have decreased. The Ultimate isn't what it used to be.nCrab legs were less and softer making them hard to crack. Lobster isn't the same, so much smaller and not the same kind. Waitress was great.
Great food, and Dakota is a wonderful waiter! Tip him well if you get him! Only thing I'd like to see improved is proper deveining/cleaning of the lobster tails, as mine was not well cleaned and there were still intact parts of the intestinal tract. Other than that, good meal!
