Best business decision we have made in years!!!! Switching to Falcon should have been done years ago. Getting loans has been a breeze compared to the big box bank we were at. When Dennis Miller was at Falcon, he sat down with me and taught me what my books actually mean. Chase Larson has since taken over his position and the transition has been seamless. Chase called me when the PPP came out and recommended we apply. I hadn't considered it until he took the time to educate me on it. Man am I glad we did, Falcon helped us save our employees and keep in business. I can say enough good about all the friendly people there.

We had an outstanding 5 star experience working with Falcon National Bank on a commercial loan. They came in with a very competitive rate and worked with us to further reduce fees on the loan. Working with their loan officer Chase Larson was awesome. He was super responsive and brought tons of experience to help us through the process. Falcon is very lucky to have him as part of their organization. I felt like he was available 24-7 to assist us. It was far above our expectations. I'd highly recommend giving them a call for your business loan needs.

A appreciate the hometown feel of the bank. I have personal and business accounts with Falcon. They are always friendly and their willingness to help is amazing! While on vacation I had someone trying to use my account. I contact Falcon and they went above and beyond to help me with this issue. I was able to get back to vacation with no worries. They are a first class bank! I would highly recommend them for your business or personal accounts. You can count on them!! Both my business and personal accounts are with Falcon and their service is astounding. Paula, Traci, and their team are warm and welcoming and truly care about customer experiences. The communication with their clients in a recent software conversion was frequent and helpful. Assuming mail from the bank is junk is dangerous everyone!
