We like to tell you about great customer service experience we had at the St.Cloud main branch on Wednesday 8/26/2020. After a frustrating morning with a couple of other banks ( my husbands. We went to drive up and hand a nice teller who helped us. This is the reason I will continue to bank with U.S.Bank.
My favorite quality about this bank is the annual Nativity scene they display. Such a great reminder of what the Christmas season is all about!
Becky and I haven't had any bad tellers ever when I came in angry. They listen to me,fou fo the problem and fixed it.
I have never had a problem here. Everyone has been very nice with great service.
I went to open an account and there was no one to help me and when some lady finnally showed up she told me to wait 5 minutes n ended up waiting 20 minutes and no one helped. Customer service is horrible and they are very slow now I'm at the other location and still waiting...
