I called with questions about the St Cloud location and talked to BRENDA who was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. We have been customers for 20+ years and are totally disgusted. You will be hearing from me again regarding the way BRENDA handled this call today. Totally unacceptable and I will be taking this all the way to the top office. I will never ever recommend this Bremer bank to anyone ever.
The woman working in the drive-thru window was very rude. I was cashing a check from a business who had an account with them. I would never bank here.
I do like banking through Bremer although I've never had a home loan through them. Their free checking works great for me and I can deposit checks through the app for free. I've walked in there for a car loan on a couple different occasions and walked out the same day with the money. I've really had good luck with them.
This is the best bank in town! We've never once had an issue, and the customer service is always fantastic!
