I have always had excellent service at Roundbank. Friendly, fast and professional. You wont feel like a number here.

This place is a joke! Apparently their computer system doesn't reflect your actual balance and if a teller named Heather remembers helping you earlier she can outright refuse to allow you to take an available balance out of your own account even though you can go to any other teller line or any atm and conduct business without a problem. Also if you decide to report a rogue teller for refusing to allow you to withdraw your own money the manager with call and accuse you of abusing the rules and playing the system. The business principles and regulations of this institution are ridiculous and not conducive to personal banking and a good community business relationship. It has now been a full 4 business days and still I have not been given a clear picture of when I can withdrawal my own funds. Save yourself a lot of headache and aggravation bank somewhere else!
