No words can describe the experience had during our visit to this wonderful establishment. After an evening of walking around the Newport area, the welcome sight of not only comfortable seating, but also family friendly activities and a lively atmosphere was easy on the eyes. After standing in amazement of the beautiful architecture and the stylish interior design, we were greeted by a staff member with astonishing upbeat personality and kindness levels through the roof. She politely the rules of bocce ball to an otherwise clueless group such as ourselves. Because of the assistance, we were able to have a lovely time enjoying each other’s company, the company of the staff, and the newly found experience. Before the second game was concluded, one of us in our group mentioned grabbing a bite to eat. One of the previously unknown staff members helped direct us to a surprisingly affordable, delicious, and delightfully-light option: a pepperoni pizza. While success for all was not apparent during bocce ball, potential nightmares have been quenched for the losing team by the overall experience and atmosphere. Tear may or may not have been shed, but despite the lack of skill on one team not to be named, smiles as well and a lovey scent were apparent as we exited the fine establishment known as Rotolo.

I just got off the phone with the manager on duty. They double charged my debit card which then sent me an overdraft for drinks. The manager on duty whose name was Jeff hung up on me upon trying to explain that that was a prior authorization. I work in accounts receivable and accounts payable and I know what a charge on my account is in a pre-authorization is. He hung up on me when I asked him to reverse the charge and now I have to call my financial institution. Shame on you. I would not recommend this place to anybody for the sheer fact of the ignorance of how they do business

This place must've gone through ownership change. It wasn't great before, even worse now. Attempted to celebrate a birthday, the experience was ok at best. An expensive experience, with subpar food and drinks. The bartender could not make 6 out of the 7 cocktails on their menu and the pricing was above average. I will likely not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone.
