We visited the retail store and were greeted by friendly staff who were able to help us find the product we needed. It was fun to see different reptiles for sale/adoption and browse products. Thank you to the wonderful owners for the great experience. This is our new #1 reptile needs shop. We are happy to shop small business and locally owned.

My daughter got to meet Emily during the soft opening and she was so happy! Ed was busy with another customer but hopefully we'll get to say hi next time! The store looks like a great resource to get stuff for your reptile and other small critter needs and the zoo area is coming along as well.

Just went Yesterday (opening day, April 9th) and it was an outstanding experience! The staff were helpful and kind and the products they offered were fantastic! Not to mention, the prices were good and the selection was fair. The thing that stuck out to me was how the owner (Emily) gave me some advice about my snake. I was just about to purchase a product from them that was about $40 bucks, but when I asked her about it she actually said I could put it away and get chicken hearts for $5 at a different store. She could have easily said that I needed the product and gotten more of a profit, but she seemed to care more about what works for my animal and is cheaper for me. To finish this off, I highly suggest you check this place out if you own herps! I know I will be a frequent costumer of this immensely unique and superb business!nUpdate: The chicken hearts got my snake to eat! I can't thank this place enough!

Went on opening day and had a wonderful experience! Well organized, well stocked, and very friendly! Bought everything for a bioactive including the cutest isopods on the planet.
