Stood in front of the hickory house deli for 15 minutes before a employee from another deli came to my assistant, unfortunately wasn't familiar with the prices,so was left to purchase my food by the individual pricing. So the 6 piece chicken and medium container of mash potatoes and gravy came to almost $17 good service? No!!!
Total let down!nnWe have gone a few times but this by far the worst. Ordered an appetizer and meal, it all came together. The waitress was rude when I pointed that out. The kitchen then forgot the cheese on my burger, because you couldn't find a waitress, had to ask the bartender for help. The birger had little taste and the rest of the food had so much salt you couldn't taste anything else. The sodas machine only had a few options due to so many of sodas not having syrup.nnAll in all, won't be coming back in A LONG LONG LONG TIME
It was a zoo when I went to pickup my pre-ordered Thanksgiving dinner at a pre-arranged time from 10-11AM. Everyone was packed into a small area. Hope it doesn't turn into a super spreader Covid event.
The staff was very friendly and services are amazing. Recommended.
