Do not even try to open a local checking / savings account the staff can be testy at times they wanted a $2500. Minimum balance and @ 500.00 a week saving account . Drive thru is a challenge it empties on to Rice Street . Grounds and parking are a waste of space . There is an aire of being accosted in the area .they will skirt the A.W.D.A by requiring a $ 50.00 Check cashing fee from any entitlement checks coming in. The Management teamnVery ineffective and very by the book. As of right now 01/01/2021 walk up isnA A.T.M see.s that they have abandoned this location
Drive-thru service could be improved. Usually has long wait times.nnEDIT:nMuch better service now!! Fast and efficient.
Policy violates state and federal protections against the disabled by refusing to open accounts for newly disabled. They cost me 50 dollars to cash a check that by law they are required to cash, federal disability check, then refused to open a account to allow me to deposit it under the same excuse.nIf you respect the rights of the disabled and minorities, please find a different bank.
The staff here are polite and cheerful. It’s very welcoming.
