Literally the worst bank. Ever.nnTLDR; Covid-19, identification gets stolen. Can't get a new ID mailed to me for weeks. Can't get a new debit card until then. I HAVE to call every time I need to check my balance. Why? Because after spending on average 45 minutes on hold, I finally manage to brute force my way into speaking with a supposedly competent human for the purposes of setting up my digital banking - again. So, you know, I don't have to wait 45 minutes on average for just checking my balance. We go through the hoops, send verification to my NEW phone and my e-mail.nnStill can't log in. Still can't transfer money instantly from paypal. Still don't get notifications of overdraft.nnYou get paid to do what? Waste time and not answer the phone? Jesus.

set up an account and got the bonus $250 for setting it up and getting the direct deposits.nLater I got a letter in the mail telling me that the account was being used to help my customers. I don't have customers. I dragged the letter to the bank and spoke with my banker. He knew nothing about it but he called and got the situation taken care of. He says something was toggled or checked wrong when the account was first opened. Took about 20 minutes to solve this.nThanks guys

I went in to destroy my debit card and get a new one (due to fraudulent debit charges), but the teller did it wrong or didn't fully explain the process. He never actually attached the new card to my account and now I need to chase around the city to rectify his mistake. He was working until close (8pm) on Monday, October 3.
