Horrid “customer service,” if you could call it that. I opened up several accounts with a large check. I was given incorrect information about funds availability. Instead of apologizing and taking accountability, they waited til AFTER I signed the paperwork and then there was “nothing they could do,” even after the incorrect information was given to me.nnI will be closing both these accounts and going to a credit union as soon as the funds clear. They do NOT appreciate their customers nor treat them with any respect whatsoever.nnGuess that’s how they treat a 24k balanced customer. I can be treated with more respect elsewhere.

Have been utilizing CCF for some time, I can say they are incredibly easy to work with. People are so polite and understanding, try them you will be satisfied! Every time I go into the bank I am out of there within a few minutes, they understand and execute customer service.

Went here on a weekend with my wife to open a new checking account. There were two people working in the branch and the only one who could open accounts was engaged with another customer. We waited over an hour before finally leaving without opening the account. It was a frustrating experience. The professional thing to do would have been for one of the employees to tell us that this customer was going to take a while to service and it might be best to come back later. I do not intend to return and we will be opening an account elsewhere. I would not trust a financial institution that does not value my time.nnBad experience. Unprofessional. Big waste of our time.
