So, I absolutely love TCF bank, but today I did not love the person that I worked with! I don't know her name and if I did I would call her out. She had horrible customer service and a sour attitude. I'm so sick of these employees who have such sour attitudes, if you're not a people person please stay home and work behind your computer!
This TCF is one of the quickest I've been in when you're able to enter the lobby area.
After the August merger their digital banking has been a mess for about a month. Only customer service is via the phone which for weeks has required hours of waiting on the phone only to talk to a person who can not fix the problem. Then they promise to call back and never do. Have stopped at branches several times and been told the wait times there for help is hours. What a mess, and they isolate themselves so you cannot get help. I have been locked out of an account for going on a month and wasted hours and hours trying to get help and have had no success. TCF, if you are listening please call me. You have my number.
Multiple staff helping one customer or standing over an employee shoulder while the line just grows
Poor customer service. They want to charge you for anything your trying to done with your acct. Like stopping any time fitness charges when you've canceled your membership. There both Thieves. Screwing customer's .
