They took care of me excellently while I was in the hospital after my surgery. Their physical therapy department there did an excellent job on helping me strengthen my back after the surgery and giving me exercises to continue to develop the strength in my back.

ER staff @ window could care less how concerned you are with loved ones in ER. So sad, you would be better off going to Mankato !!

I have visited here about a dozen times. The staff, facility, and Doctors are truly amazing. They care and are adaquately staffed.nI have had over 30 surgeries at various hospitals due to a car accident. If you come here you are truly blessed.nI KNOW

The staff at the front desk emergency room are truly disgusting. They show no sense of urgency for a life threatening situation. Some of the nurses are also horrible and they convey carelessness. Truly horrible staff.

UPDATE:nReceived bill for visit and was overcharged indeed. This puts people's health at risk because now I will not go to the emergency room even if it's an emergency. This was my first visit ever to the emergency room as I was concerned for my daughter. I will not go back now because the service was terrible and the bill outrageous. Avoid this hospital if you can or be prepared to become a victim to overbilling and poor service.nnTook my daughter to the emergency room for severe abdominal pain as a precaution not knowing if it could be something more serious. We spent more time waiting than we would have at general care. Wait 30 minutes to be seen by doctor then talk to doctor for 5 minutes and then wait alone in room for 40 more minutes. We finally gave up and just walked out. Since we received minimal attention the bill should also be minimal. Feels like the hospital kept us there so they can over charge. How much does 5 minutes cost at the emergency room with no supplies or tests? We'll see when the bill comes. I do not have faith it will be fair.
