Great service! They took my whole choir of 25 and served our table well! The food was great, service was great, and they had a clean restaurant. Will definitely come back.

The service was extremely slow. The steak & baked potato wasn't hot, the amt of Broccoli I received was very small & the Dragon Lemonade was horrible. It took a long time to get the waitress. They took off the steak & charged full price for the second steak. No discount. In fact, the bill was more. They wouldn't listen. They wanted to know if I wanted them to put my steak bk on the grill or get a new one. Wasn't feeling welcomed & wanted me to leave. This is the worst service in a long time.

We have been going to this Applebee’s for a few months now particularly on Thursdays after my boys get done with a Ninja class. The service and food has been perfect every time. We’ve had several different servers and ordered a variety of food. So I feel that this isn’t out of the ordinary for this location!

Cambridge Applebee's gave us terrible service. We were told the wait would be 15 to 20 minutes no big deal. We were fine with that. 45 minutes later we were seated finally after they had seat several other parties. The bad service didn't stop there though. We had asked for a to go box for the left over appetizers that were brought so we could still eat our main meal. Well the waitress skipped over our table several times before finally bringing us a box. Our appetizers arrived about 3 minutes before our food did. We were so upset by the way they constantly ignored us and never asked if we needed our drinks refilled that we ate a couple bites and decided that was it qe are tired being ignored so we got a few more boxes and left. We will never return the the Cambridge location again. I would give 0 stars but had to give one to post just know Cambridge Applebee's you really deserve 0 stars
