I was a little disappointed that the all-you-can-eat chicken tenders on Tuesdays was not going on right now and kids-eat-free is not as well (although, it was just $.99). We still had plenty of food, though. I got the chicken tender dinner with a side salad and fries. I got my son the mini corn dogs. They both were delicious and we were very pleased with the portions and quality of food.

The server Phil... I swear he's super-human. The best server I've ever had. Food was Great, but there service was even better. If you dine in, ask for Phil!

If your going to O'Charley's in Coldspring, you must ask for Philip C. He is the absolute best! He hustles hard and takes great care of his customers. Always anticipates their needs. Other servers take notes, he's top notch! Thank you Phil.

Appreciate the lengths the restaurant industry is going to maintain safe and healthy environments while also creating an outlet for people to come and enjoy a dining experience. This particular location you check in then wait outside/in your car until they text you for you to enter. We decided to wait the 25 minutes in the car. When we were advised we can enter to get a table the location was definitely doing what it could to maintain a safe environment. We sat in the back on the right and was greeted by our waitress with paper menus which were disposed after use. My food was good, however my friend didn't have such luck and had to request another order. The second order was cooked by the manager and was still incorrect. I shared my meal with her since I knew I couldn't eat it all. I believe it was just bad luck. The only annoying problem was, gnats. They were every where. It was annoying to try to have a conversation but also watch my food and drink to wave so gnats wouldn't hop on it. Other than the gnats, I didn't really have too bad if an experience. I'm rarely in this area, but I probably won't come to this location again.

O Charley's back a few years ago I could recommend ppl to this location ..but my food today I would not recommend to anyone . I ordered the top sirloin with double steam broccoli.and a loaded potato ..The broccoli was still crunchy ..the steak was not seasoned at all . The texture of the meat was not pleasing at all .. The waitress was very helpful ..But others in my party was very disappointed. The quality of the food was very low grade . Their famous rolls reminded of flat biscuits . If I could have gave a - 10 I would have.
