My family and I went here tonight for bowling and then had dinner in the restaurant. Honestly the best service we have ever had at a restaurant and bowling alley since before the pandemic. I was so impressed at how attentive all the staff was. Will come back all the time based on the experience we had tonight.
This is my favorite place to bowl! The lanes are clean, well maintained, and staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend these lanes to everyone.
Medina Entertainment Center is such a fun place - from grabbing dinner/a drink, to bowling, to hosting an event, the staff and coordination is amazing. My husband and I reserved a banquet room at Medina for our grooms dinner, and it was SO much fun. We were able to rent a screen and projector to stream the NFL kickoff game, the food was amazing, and even through COVID precautions, it was so easy to plan. I worked closely with Christine throughout the process, and she was an absolute joy to work with. She was always available to answer my many questions, she was very responsive, kind and really worked hard to make sure our event was something we would never forget. We will definitely be back here for events, concerts and dinner in the future!
We were there for lunch today. Family get together with cousins aunts and uncles and friends. Great service and the food is great, definitely recommend the shrimp they are delicious! Thank you for the memories.
We really enjoyed our banquet at Medina Ballroom. They had wonderful food and drinks. It was a really nice set up and felt very private, even with other things going on at Medina Ballroom. Excellent job!
