RED WING - MAPLE GROVE, MN

I have purchased a few pairs of boots from this location. The owner is great! He is passionate about his profession. As long as I live in Minnesota and work construction, I will continue to be a loyal customer. There is no reason to go anywhere else if you want both great product and great service. I’m excited to pick up my new pair in the coming days!

I had looked for a specific boot from Red Wing for months. I called the factory and they basically said find a different boot. I happened to go to this store to see if they had it. I mentioned it to the worker and not only did he find the number of 4 other stores that had it. When the other stores wouldn’t even call me back. I called the Maple Grove back they ordered the boot from a store in Massachusetts for free and with $30 off. Great customer service and was actually willing to help. Will definitely be back!!

Dave was awesome. My wife is an expert I shoes. She and Dave talked about shoes at a level I could not understand. She was able to find me an appropriate business casual that can handle the snow and ice. These boots are the best, even Dave wears them. My wife is a very difficult customer and she was impressed. Bravo Dave. Remember to get me the Moc in Copper next time.
