Service was extremely poor!nMy wings were not hot. They were actually cool.nMy dining partner's boneless chicken had very little sauce on them.nWe waited almost 10 min before we were able to flag someone down to get us utensils and to correct our food.nDidn't see our server again until she brought the bill.nNo beverage refills, no napkins.nI would like to state that I saw a couple other servers working that were attentive to their tables so unfortunately we had the bad server. I do know her name but have decided putting it on here wouldn't be nice.
I do like my BWW, the Champlin location I feel is struggling a bit though and has been for a couple years. Pretty good food, and typically good service. Reason for only three stars is because the food is very unreliable. Go there one day and it's amazing. Go there again and I would rather eat dog food. I still go back though.
Once again, they got my door dash order wrong. Were out of food items and it took almost a half an hour longer to receive my food than expected. When I finally got my food, my fries were beyond cold and my food was wrong. Tried to call the store and talk to the manager but was told by the employee that they were too busy right now and they could take my name and number and he would call back when it works for him. I gave my information and also made to say this is crazy considering that the order I got was incorrect. They made it very clear that customers who have already received an order, especially incorrect, don’t matter.
Good food, though I wasn't thrilled with the teriyaki sauce for my wings. It otherwise was a good meal out.
Everyone enjoyed their food. Server did a great job - there were 8 of us - but it would of been nice if our dirty plates were removed when we were done eating....
