This was my first time there. I just stopped in for a beer. The place looked nice and clean. It was about 4:30 pm and there was about 25-30 people seated at the bar and some tables. The bartender was the only server, which wasn't ideal. But she did a great job of taking care of everyone. The menu looked pretty good. I will definitely stop in again and try the food. Nice work bartender gal!!
Ambiance could benefit from some sound dampening...maybe 20 people in the place and it was difficult to hold a conversation over the din. Menu was clunky and while they had a fresh cut fry app you could not upgrade to them on a burger purchase...not even for an extra charge. Burger was thick but would have benefited from covering the bread or bun. The waitress gave it her all and friendly but had a lot of ground to cover and would have benefited from proper training. House cut fries were good as was the grind of the burgers...the overall concept has potential but poorly executed.
Our waitresses was great. The steak bites were tender and flavorful. We'll be back!
I just ate at this wheelhouse place and it was the best place I've ever ate downtown Anoka. This place was totally badass. I had the mac and cheese and it was to die for. The chips and that French onion dip is crazy delicious. I love this place. My new favorite hangout. Don't ever make me leave.
Good food great service. I got the mac and cheese with pulled pork and it was delicious. Will be going back to try few other dishes they have to offer as well.
