Wells Fargo Bank

I think being part of a national Bank you should have access to go inside your bank location. This place never lets people inside and I find that very inconvenient. I’m assuming the reply from this company will have information on how to make an appointment, I just like being able to walk in somewhere.

Went here to add beneficiaries to an account. I talked to them twice on the phone before appointment and they never mentioned my mother would need driver's license. Will not go here again

Horribly slow drive thru service....

Don’t have to go inside the bank a whole lot since I primarily do online banking, however, when I do have to go inside, it is usually a good experience. I give four-stars because the lines usually take a long time and only one or two tellers will be open when ten or so people are waiting.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have been banking here for over 5 years and it’s been nothing but awful the whole time. I can’t even use my own money. DO NOT BANK HERE.
