Well I do not even know where to begin with my compliments and the amazing treatment that I have received since being a member at this bank. From the VP Joe Ulferts who helped get me started and introduce me to his staff with a warmth and compassion I have long missed in the banking world. His staff have great respect for him as well! Then Tim Jurek took over and wow has he handled my accounts with accuracy, promptness, excellent communication and phenomenal Customer Service. And then finally what prompted me to write this review - today I called to have a withdrawal of a specific amount prepared for me, I spoke with Mary who was a treat to speak with and was so thorough and even with my mistakes she was beautifully accommodating and in no way frustrated by my mistakes, which by the way made me feel absolutely wonderful. Thank you to all at Prins Bank, I will refer you as often as I can and I am so honoured and privileged to be represented by you all in the financial world.
