In addition to doing a great grooming job, their customer service is awesome! This last time I dropped my dog off for a bath, something had spooked him and he didn’t want me to leave. A little bit after I left, I got a text from the groomer. She let me know that Crunch had calmed down quite a bit & that she made sure to spend some cuddle time with him before she got started. I really appreciate that she went the extra mile!

A happy and pretty girl! Darby loves coming here for her grooming. They do a great job of listening to what you want. Katie does our pups grooming and we have always been super happy with the results. I also love that they have so many great items in the store that you don’t find in a lot of other places. John is willing to chat about any issues your pet is having and is great at recommending quality products.

Great place to pick up anything you need. Food, treats, custom birthday cakes and all. Dog wash by you or appointment. They have it all, this franchise is run well and very clean.

My Bella got a bath, nails trimmed and ears cleaned. Our groomer katie did an excellent job. My Bella smells so goid. I am always worried about how she's gonna do because she's still got a lot of energy. Katie said she did real good.nThank you Katie ud83dudc3eud83dudc3eud83dudc3e
