I called ahead to see if I could coordinate Todd's hours with my crazy schedule. He returned my call immediately and kindly accommodated me. A quick repair was done while I waited. Todd generously schooled me on plantar fasciitis, and I left with more helpful information and recommendations than my doctor ever gave me. I feel like I owe him for an office visit! Excellent, reasonable service. Five stars.

My mother asked me to help her find a place that would fix her favorite purse's handle that had just been torn off and this is the first place we found while doing some research. They were absolutely amazing with communicating when the bag would be ready, how to look online to see its progress, and the owner even had it ready 4 days earlier than expected! When she picked up her bag, Todd went through everything he had done to fix it, including polishing every part of the bag that had looked a bit under-the-weather(something he did not have to do at all)! She is incredibly happy with the work he has done and says this is the best customer service she has had in years! I highly recommend this shop for anyone who needs a repair on a pair of shoes or bag!
