We were hoping to have a good experience here but right from the start sales side was rude it was a take or leave it price basically best price shopping they dont move a dime and do not stand behind used products from the sound of it do not waster your time with them i even chatted with a manager and the price is the price i stand behind my salesman and they also threw an insult offer out for our current lift they do not work at all for the customer my family and I will never buy from this company they are rude from the start save time and money and shop elsewhere. Going by other reviews sounds like im not only one with issues with them.

Great place to do business. Bought a boat lift a couple of years ago. The product and service was great. Went back this year for a dock... Special thanks to Todd and Nick...

Drove out of state over 6 hours to pickup a 6000lb hydraulic boat lift. Paid over $8,000. The boat lift did not stay up upon installation in our lake. Reached out to Nick, our sales representative, and he said he would speak to his service guys. It’s been over a month and they have still not given me any support. I guess I’m SOL and have to pay a thousand or two to have it fixed.nnIf you buy a lift from these guys be careful, as there seems to be no support once you hand over the money.

Awesome staff to work with! I went in with a broken metal lifting rod for my garden tractor snow blade and asked if they could weld it for me. They said it was no problem and promised it done in an hour. It was ready on time with reinforced welding as we discussed. Very reasonable charge also.
