At Ease Dock & Lift

Great place to buy from recently purchased a used lift and Dom went above and beyond to help my family with a pontoon lift great prices and top notch team.

We had a difficult situation needing a new lift ,we called At Ease and John helped us get what we needed. He was very knowledgeable. Then his staff brought the new lift when they said and set it up perfectly. We were thrilled. We also called later and needed a step to get into the pontoon and John found one for us that worked perfectly. We were very satisfied with the product and service.

I have an EZ Dock (floating dock) that I leave in the water all year round, and this last Minnesota winter I left the gangplank down (not recommended) and the ice shifted it enough to cause damage to my wooden steps that it was attached to.nnI contacted John at At Ease Dock and Lift looking for a recommendation with a few pictures of the damage. He didn’t sugar coat it and let me know the wooden stairs were a weak point and that my choice to leave the gangplank down all winter was the cause of the damage. I like straight talk. I can see that one other reviewer felt he was being treated like an “ahole“ (their word), but sometimes an honest answer stings.nnSo I took Johns words to heart, built some new steps (this time with very beefy supports) and fixed the problem that I caused. Now that I had some new steps, I needed some new dock sections to make the improvement whole. After a brief meeting at the At Ease showroom, we had what we needed on order and scheduled for installation.nnJohns crew showed up while my family and I were enjoying the (smaller) dock and did a fantastic job of delivering the new sections, rearranging them with the old section exactly to my desire. They were very courteous and were done in about 30 minutes. I had a few questions for them about the install and they took the time to show me how the sections went together. They were fast, cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of the property.nnI am very happy with the product, the service and my second purchase with At Ease Dock and Lift. Highly recommend these guys for your dock and lift needs.

John was great to work with and took the time to explain all the features and benefits of the dock we purchased. You can tell he's in business for the long term and not just a quick sale. The dock looks fantastic and was installed exactly the way we requested. I highly recommend At Ease Dock & Lift and Pier Pleasure docks!
