Goes over any issues you're having and after watching you walk brings out a couple pairs to try. One on each foot, pick your fave and another option or two to try. Nice guy & seemed knowledgeable about running & shoe fitting. However, the fact that he wasn't wearing a mask kind of sketched me out. I also wasn't very impressed with the sizing options available in stock.
