El Zócalo Grill & Cantina

This is our go to Mexican Restaurant in the north metro. Food is always good and the service is so fast. It's a large restaurant and it's never very busy. They bring you chips and salsa right away and you can never go wrong with a margarita. I appreciate that they have a good vegetarian selection. I love the vegetarian enchiladas. They're served with grilled veggies inside and topped with a cheesy sauce. Refried beans and rice accompany the meal. They do have an outdoor patio for warmer weather.

Have ordered takeout 10 times plus and dined in too and it has always been ready on time, hot and delicious ! Love the menu choices and simply best mex food around our area !

Used to love this place. It’s getting worse and worse. Waited 10 minutes before anyone took our drink order. Then they messed up my Fajita Del Mar and argued with me about what was supposed to be in it. Then he proceeded to look at the menu and then blamed the new chef. It was even that busy and they were so unorganized.
