Attempted to dine in at 12:50 on Sunday 1/24. We walked in and there were a total of 4 patrons at tables and at least 5 staff members that we observed, all hovering and chatting in front of their POS system. We were seated almost immediately and waited 15 minutes before we walked out. We weren’t handed a menu, no waters, no drink order taken. What makes it worse, 10 minutes before we left, we pressed the “call server” button on our tablet and still, nothing. Way to go, Applebee’s. Mind you, during this time, 2 staff members walked right by us and didn’t acknowledge our existence, let alone the flashing red light on the tablet at the end of the table. This wasn’t our top pick (unfortunately the restaurant we wanted to dine at next door was closed permanently) and we even contemplated going to this location due to a previous poor experience. This was our last shot and we won’t ever be back. I don’t know how Applebee’s is even in business, their horrible service isn’t just partial to this location. We enjoyed a nice lunch at a competitor, who was eager to provide above and beyond service, especially amidst the pandemic when everything should be top-notch.

I havent been here in a long while, but came here for dinner, the Server we had was a hoot.. yes, I said a HOOT!nShe was fun to talk with and enjoyed her job..nWhich made the meal even more enjoyable..nThe food was good and the beer cold..

Bought gift cards. Food usually good. Onion soup not worth the price? Small. Big blob of cheese. Roommate was unhappy with it. I had a great steak, yummy shrimp, garlic potatoes & veg. I loved it! Friendly & willing to make things right. *Sanitized dine-in.

It was ok. Definitely something where I would have to be in the mood for that kind of food. Service was absolutely amazing! Our waitress made sure we had everything we needed because we had a little one with us and made sure we wanted all the food together. 3 stars just because the food was meh but chain restaurants don't want to go out there with their menu because it can be costly.
