I come here all the time to wash my dogs at the self service dog wash! They have cards you can purchase that gives you like 5 washes for a cheaper base price. It's so easy using the self wash and they give you everything you need like towles and soap and a blow dryer. The only thing I dislike about this location is the floor in the self wash area tends to puddle up and the water does not go towards the drain by itself. However they do have squeegees available to push away the puddle of water that happens.
I've been ordering here quite a bit since the virus, and I am usually pleased with this location as they are USUALLY on top of things. I did and online order like I have several times before. I order before 1pm to assure I'll have same day delivery. So my order was never delivered same day, now I have NO FOOD for my pets to give them in the morning. This is disappointing, very disappointing as I've NEVER had an issue with the same day delivery. I'm Very frustrated now and I'll have to rush to another store first thing in the morning, at 6 am to try to get them their food so they can have breakfast. Not happy at all and considering of not using this service anymore. Its unfortunate as this place was the only one I could depend on, no, not anymore.
They always have what I need & have a very pleasant & helpful staff. The one in Taylor and Dearborn is managed terribly so I drive a little further to come here. Worth it! They price match Chewy too if needed!
The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. A young man answered a lot of questions and gave his advice, from personal experience, about our new pet.
They carry my cat food I use at a good price. I like the fact I don't have to order it anymore of the internet & wait for it to be delivered. I'm allergic to my cat so I use Purina Pro Plan Live Clear to help with her dander. It is very hard to find till I found it here. ud83dude0d❤ufe0fud83dude3b
