The branch has not opened in Southgate on Northline. Both ATM's were out of order!!! I will be looking for a new place to do my banking.
Love the staff and the preferred rewards benefits that I get with my credit cards and I also have my auto loan and home loan with them because the rates are very good.
Atm ate my card
Fees for nothing! Never enough tellers yet people sitting at desks seemingly doing nothing while there is a line for the one teller. They just charge fees for no reason ? We ve had our accounts here for years as they close more & more banks & we drive further to a bank. “Everybody” in line says I Hate this bank. But this month we got a $25 fee and $3 fee for a statement? We never asked for! Oh & .03 cents interest for our $4,700 ud83eudd73. We have not changed banks because of our paychecks being auto deposited & hassle to change. Bank of America loves to charge you $ but interest is Ridiculously low to 0. Dont bank here!
Good clean location. Ample parking. Well lit as well. Staff was very helpful
