I feel sad typing this, but I need to be honest. Don’t waste your time booking here. This is my 3rd time having an issue with this place. 1st time it took about 3-4 hours for a simple acrylic set - no fancy design just one painted color. It was the slowest service I had ever received while not waiting to be serviced. Second and third time I scheduled an appointment and less than an hour before my appointment someone calls to tell me they’re all booked and can’t take me. It’s the complete lack of respect for time for me.
First time there. Nice atmosphere. Address a little hard to find (it's the white door at the end of the restaurant). The amenities are nice. In being a perfectionist, perfection wasn't achieved. To much of the overlay ended up under my nails. In wanting the color not to be on the cuticle, my color didn't make it all the way to the edges. I may change my rating after I go to my first fill-in to see if it gets better.
I got there early and they were kind to oblige, even offered me treats. And, the best part is my feet feel amazing...Great addtion the community!
Love their customer service and I always enjoy my time there!
Very disappointed ud83dude1e that after calling 3 times to schedule an appointment and I was told that I would receive a return phone call. No one ever called me back. Unprofessional
