Ive lost all faith in this location. The employees are incompetent and rude .
I’ve had an account with PNC since it was National City, both my wife and I. My son got his first job and opened a checking account with them, had his first check deposited, went to use his debit card and it was declined. Checked his balance and it said $0, called the bank and they froze his account, we asked why and they wanted a copy of his SS which they had when we opened his account and we gave again. Days later they said they canceled his account and are mailing his money in 7-10 business days and they have the right to refuse business and didn’t give us a reason why. For absolutely no reason, so we’re canceling our accounts and going elsewhere.

Unfriendly and unhelpful. Nothing but Misinformation and a lack of wanting to help.
As soon as you walk into the unit everything is easy. From the greeter to the manager, they make you feel 'welcome' which is nice. A good way to start a business transaction of any kind. Nice is the best way to describe the feeling. So when you go in you can expect a ........nice experience. Thank you PNC.
