I lost my wallet today and had my Id and debit card inside there, well I called customer service and lady was very nice she was able to cancel my old card and issue a new one, well I explain I am traveling to Florida with my four kids and needed a temp card to use at least for traveling if I needed to take cash out. I went to secretary state kiosk and was able to get replacement card and I did have a picture of my id on my phone. I showed all this and ladies at the Huntington brand in Lincoln park in meijers names Diana and Letitia would not help me at all, instead asked if I come there regularly and I said yes and said who I see and I said I have no idea because every time I come I see new faces. Well I felt that was out of profession to ask me that and when I asked why she ask that she said if I knew someone there and they knew me personally they could've helped me. I told her everyone looks new here and she insisted she wasn't new. I left with no help and rude customer service I been banking with this particular branch for years and will not be going back by the way I was treated I went to another branch and they helped me right away.
Been here for over an hour just for cashier check the printer down and they don’t give us cash it’s really crazy and we are not from here we came from Ohio
New manager was very RUDE!
