They don’t even answer the phone during banking hours.
Went in for a temporary debit card. They have me one and told me to go to their ATM to activate it. I went to their ATM and the screen was broken. So I go to another a few miles away and the card they gave me was invalid. So I go back to let them know and had to wait over an hour because there was TWO people in front of me. This place is clearly ass backwards and has no sense of urgency for their customers.
My favorite branch of B of A. Very friendly and proactive. There's a branch closer to me, but I go out of my way to come here.
Unbelievable, one teller on a Friday before closing and 8 people on line....and more coming in.... Totally unacceptable, the last time I deposited, lunch time, only one teller as well...
