Drove out of my way to come here to buy phones and switch my service. Upon arrival the open sign is on and all the lights are on but the door is locked and nobody will answer the door nor the phones. What a waste of time and gas.
Very unhelpful young men new don’t know what’s he’s doing manager not doing his job and not help have you in there all day don’t compensate give for your time anything
Never open at 10, who is no one ever here at 10. I come and sit outside waiting for 30 minutes to an hours for the store to open up... don’t go here!
I drove out of my way from Ypsilanti to come here. I am so glad I did! Service was so friendly, honest and helpful. My old phone was begging to be replaced. I called this store before I drove out to see if they had the phone I wanted and they did! Once I got there, the kind gentleman did not hesitate to grab the phone and take it out of the unopened box to show me it. I'll definitely come back here in the future.
