I love this particular store because, unlike most other Kroger stores in the area, it’s bright and well lit, cheerful, clean, and well-stocked. I typically use the self scan option. A certain attendant, whom I always considered very friendly, seems to question me, and make comments about my bagging and placement of some items. Like I said, I really like the store, and it’s convenient because it’s close to my work, but I don’t like being closely watched and questioned. At first, I thought nothing of it, but my recent experience left me feeling that I was being accused of shoplifting (I had paid, and was bagging at the time).

I went shopping here and went through the self-serve kiosk, I requested $20 back after my purchase. I got sidetracked because then I immediately started ringing my mom‘s order, bagged everything put it in the cart. I live out in Eastpointe, I literally Drove an hour to get home when I realized I forgot to get the $20 at the self-serve station. I called up there, and amazingly the young man who was working there brought it up to the service desk. I called and asked them if it was there, assuming it wasn’t. Low and behold that young man brought it to the register. They put my name on it and when I came back to visit my mom a week later it was still here waiting for me. Now if that’s not honest. They’ll definitely continue to get our business, how incredible. I only wish I would’ve know the young man’s name. But kudos to him..

I honestly don’t know what is going wrong with this store. I have always been a Kroger shopper. Lately though I leave feeling like I totally wasted my time. Tried to return bottles, long line and 1 machine was working. Half the things I wanted to buy was not available! The people pulling items for pickup acted like I was in there way. This has gone on for some time. Guess I’ll have to start going to Meier. ☹ufe0f

Arrived at your store to which I am very happy with, good products and produce. When I arrived at your ud83eudd69 counter, was looking at steaks to cook at the hotel I’m currently staying at. Saw what I liked, rib eye of course. Turned to look at the employee and she disappeared to the processing area. This was at 2:00 pm today. She quickly returned looked straight at me exited the counter and went to talk to another employee in the isle. She never acknowledged me or said one moment I’ll be right with you. I decided to walk away. You have a great store but that is a rude employee. My name is John C Witkus. Please train her in better costumer service.

This Kroger has the freshest produce and the seafood department is excellent. There is a Starbucks on-site this particular Kroger is one of the biggest in size and selection allowing one stop shopping no gas station on site yet hoping will come soon.
