I typically love shopping at Busch's in Canton. It has fresh food and easy to find items. Yesterday was a very strange day however, every employee from the meat counter to the cashier were rude, unfriendly and acted like it was a bother to help me.nnEspecially the man at the meat counter...no hello? no what can I get you...he just stood there waiting for me to ask. Made me want to leave the store, apparently I was imposing on his day. Then the cashier was fighting with another cashier so my presence was a great interruption.nnDid Busch's have an employee meeting and all workers were bad moods?nnI think from now on I'll go to Holiday market..a little out of my way for a pleasant shopping experience is worth it during these stressful times! Disappointing!!
Wow. I haven't been to this Busch's in a while - I usually go to the location at Sheldon and 5 Mile. This Busch's is phenomenal! They have so many areas of gourmet treats, I look forward to being able to spend more time exploring what they have. Staff is extremely helpful. Very nice location.
I ordered a turkey breast with all the fixings for Thanksgiving. The turkey was moist and delicious. They forgot to include the mashed potatoes, but easily refunded me for them and the service charge. The whipped sweet potatoes were good. I really enjoyed the stuffing. The cranberry relish was really good too, but a little on the wet side. The seasoned green beans didn't seem to have any seasoning because they were completely bland and were the worst part of the meal.
Went here a little while ago. Had a problem with someone in the meat area. Asked to talk to a manager. Spoke with Dominique first. She was so nice and listen to my complaint. She got Ryan the manager. He was so nice with helping me out and taking care of my problem. We come here often and after the great customer service I got from the 2 employees. I will always come here and shop. This was a great experience all around at this location and great customer service. Thank you again!
Great variety of quality brands at reasonable prices. The store is always clean and organized. And the staff is always friendly and helpful. Great alternative to the big name grocers.
