I was making a payment to my credit card account with cash yesterday. I asked the teller should I just deposit the money in my account and pay it myself or can they just pay on my credit card all the same, she said no problem can pay direct to credit card.nnI look at my account this morning. There is no payment to account, no pending no proof of payment to anything, besides my receipt.nnI should have just done it myself so I could see it paid instantly. Now I'm told it may take up to 3 business days to post - when I do it myself - instant.nI was told there was no difference.nnThis isn't the first time I've received bad service.

Adriano, the manager, is patient, informative, and trustworthy. This a great bank. Very private and personable location. Great doing business here. Oxi Fresh of Novi will recommend them highly to family and friends.
The branch seems to be short staffed at times but the manager always seems to really care about everyone in the branch and really makes me feel welcomed. All the employees call me by name and it means alot.nnThank you!!!! :)
Great customer service, but didnt know that my mother would be waiting more than 2 weeks every time to get a new card.. Slow to inquires.
