This branch reached out to go over help options if I had been financially impacted by COVID19. Now that's customer care! Also, the other ladies at this branch have always greeted me with happy faces. Thank you PNC Plymouth!
I misplaced my debit card and had called customer service (not this branch) to place it on hold. The guy must have entered it wrong and cancelled my card instead. Gina helped me reactive my found, but damaged card, and replace it with the same number (a huge plus for me). She was very friendly and had a great sense of humor, and was quick to problem solve. This branch is slightly out of my way but I'll be coming back again!
An older gentleman helped me quickly with my debit card replacement. We had some great conversation and made me remember the days when people used to chit chat and talk! I will return to this location whenever I can.
Terrible customer service. The woman behind the counter was nasty, arrogant, and condesending.
Not recommended. Service is slow, and they like to add fees onto accounts. Good location and the building is very nice looking, but that doesn't make up for the problems.
